At Sadaf Fawad Khan, we strive to ensure every handcrafted piece meets your expectations; however, we offer a flexible return policy for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please note that custom-made or altered garments are not eligible for exchange or refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photographic evidence of any defects.
- 2.Quality Review
Our quality assurance department will review your claim to ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the garment in its original box to prevent damage during transit and wait for our logistics partner to schedule a pickup.
- 4.Replacement or Credit
Upon receiving the return, we will process your exchange for a new size or provide a store credit valid for future purchases across our collections.
